The following have the right to visit the garden for free:
- Employees, students, and postgraduate students of DNU (subject to the availability of an ID card or student card)
- Children up to 7 years old
The following have the right to purchase an entrance ticket at a discounted price:
- Displaced people from the war zone
- Combatants and their children
To enter the botanical garden at a discounted price, you must show a certificate confirming your right to benefits.

Displaced people from the war zone, combatants and their children have the right to purchase a ticket to the exposition greenhouse at a discounted price. To visit the greenhouse at a discount price, you must show a certificate confirming the right to benefits.
Sightseeing tour of the Garden or the exhibition greenhouse by reservation (on the Garden’s grounds, call 056-766-49-60; in the greenhouse, call 095-382-21-30):

- You can buy plants and souvenirs handmade by our employees in the pavilion on Nauky Avenue.
- You can purchase houseplants, annual seedlings, and outdoor medicinal plants in the production greenhouse.
- You can buy indoor plants in a greenhouse or nursery greenhouse.
